From 2016 to 2024, Frame Shift Consulting was the leading provider of ally skills training around the world. We taught ally skills to thousands of people and trained hundreds more to teach ally skills in their communities. During this time, we created and shared many resources related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including trainings, videos, exercises, and a book about codes of conduct.

Due to the ongoing attacks on DEI advocates from the United States government, billionaires, technology leaders, and other powerful groups, Frame Shift Consulting is not actively soliciting contracts at this time. If you need ally skills, meeting skills, or code of conduct training or advice, you can still email contact at frameshiftconsulting dot com . If our facilitators aren’t available, we will recommend another provider.

Thank you to everyone who has advocated for diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organizations and communities. We hope you find support and community in these difficult times. We will weather this storm together.
